Pangasius Hypophthalmus, the “Iridescent Shark” in an Aquarium. Pangasius Hypophthalmus and Pangasius Bucourti are the species mainly to be found on markets. Though sometimes labeled as iridescent shark, they are commonly labeled Basa fish in the US (or simply bucourti), Panga or Pangasius in Europe while their meat in the UK is sold sometimes as Vietnamese river cobbler.
